Builders Capital to Move HQ from Seattle to Benaroya’s Puyallup Property

Seattle, WA (August 16, 2021) – Builders Capital, a leading private funder specializing in home finance, announced that it will move its Seattle, WA headquarters to the Benaroya Company’s South Hill Business + Technology Center in Puyallup, WA , relocate. The move to larger office space is made necessary by Builders Capital’s growing national presence, which now operates in 45 states.

Builders Capital will occupy 20,332 square feet of Class A office space by early 2022. The new building in the west building offers the latest connectivity and infrastructure and receives USBGC LEED Silver certification. Embedded in a park-like environment with numerous amenities, the new office space will accommodate more than 130 local employees and support additional employees nationwide.
