A previous hotel plan for the corner of 1005 S. King St. appears to be dead. That showed up three years ago but never made it into the design review. Instead, there is now a new eight-story, 100-unit apartment plan that the board of the International Special Review District will review on Tuesday. This presentation by Architekt d / Arch will be virtual. It is the third such briefing to the board of directors. D / Arch was behind the old hotel plan too.
