Seattle firm acquires Boulder SaaS company Floify – BizWest

BOULDER – Floify LLC, a Boulder-based software-as-a-service company for the mortgage industry, was acquired by Seattle-based home services software company Porch Group Inc. (Nasdaq: PRCH) for $ 76.5 million cash and $ 10 million in stock.

“Floify has an impressive presence and a unique position in the mortgage software business,” said Matt Ehrlichman, CEO of Porch, in a prepared statement. “There are very few companies that offer loan officers software to improve the borrower experience, and we are delighted that Porch is now a major player in this industry.”

Floify makes digital mortgage automation and point-of-sale software for loan officers.

According to Porch, the company is expected to generate $ 15 million in new revenue for its parent company in 2022.

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP acted as legal advisor to Porch and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Floify on the transaction. AGC Partners was Floify’s financial advisor.
