Thanks for the tips on changing ownership below Alki Beach Pub (2722 Alki-SW). We had recently noticed an application for a liquor license and that led us to the new owners, the residents of West Seattle Jackie Mallahan and Dan Malahan. Reached by email, Jackie confirms that they took over the ownership last Friday: “We are currently waiting for the transfer of our liquor license and hope to be able to open for business early next week! We currently have no plans to change the name or opening hours. However, we are happy to announce a partnership with Geof Redd from Bigfoot Longs, the elusive Sasquatch-themed hot dog pop-up. “Bigfoot Long’s West Seattle Sabbatical” will accompany us through the winter. ”
