West Seattle Blog… | YOU CAN HELP: 3 donation drives in West Seattle this weekend

If you have not yet seen them in the WSB Events calendar for West Seattle – You have three options this weekend to make a difference by donating food and other things:

SATURDAY – ADMIRAL CHURCH: 11:00 am-3:00pm Saturday, the church at 4320 SW Hill is hosting another drop-off food drive. Pet food is also accepted.

SATURDAY – FOOTBALL FIELD DAY + FOOD DRIVE: 4-6 p.m. Saturday at Walt Hundley playing field (34.SW and SW myrtle), Highline Premier FC organizes a field day and a food campaign. Even if you are not participating in the field day activities, you are invited to bring food and / or cash donations with you to the West Seattle Food Bank.

SUNDAY – KIDS CLOTHING AND FOOD DRIVE: That Westside Interfaith Network supports 13 newly arrived families from Nicaragua and needs children’s clothing, which is collected this Sunday as well as food Alki UCC Fundraiser. Casual work clothes and hygiene articles for men are also always welcome. 11 am-3pm outside 6115 SW Hinds.
