EQ Workplace Unveils Repositioning For US Financial institution Middle, Revitalizes Seattle’s Downtown Core

SEATTLE, June 16, 2021 / PRNewswire / – EQ Office today announced the redevelopment of the US Bank Center (USBC) into one of the largest and most anticipated office building repositions in building Downtown Seattle. Most importantly, USBC’s street-level experience is being dramatically redesigned. What was previously a confusing ground floor is being replaced by a clear and inviting arrival experience that inspires guests with a series of hospitable rooms as soon as they enter. This investment in the fabric of Seattle recognizes the need for dynamic community experiences that preserve a Northwestern culture.

EQ first announced the purchase of USBC in. known June 2019 and start of construction in February 2021, completion is planned for early 2023. EQ has successfully remodeled iconic properties in the past, including The Exchange in Seattle and Willisturm in the Chicago. EQ is also actively revising its others Seattle Assets, Docusign Tower at 999 Third and 800 Fifth.

  • Curated Local Art: USBC will draw on the original vision of the building and offer reinstallation of some of the building’s original pieces as well as newly curated art to stimulate renewed interest in local creative talent.
