STREET CLOSURE reminders: SW Genesee west of Delridge Way and westbound SW Alaska west of California SW are to remain closed again today due to road works.

FUNDRAISER SALE FOR TRAILER THEFT VICTIMS: Margarita got her stolen food truck back, but it was vandalized. So she has a fundraising sale:

AGRICULTURAL MARKET WEST SEATTLE: The changes started last week – you can enter the market from anywhere and there is no longer a market-wide mask mandate (although individual stalls may have their own rules) and no more taped-off area so you can now move around the market freely. You can now eat and drink in the market too. In California, between Oregon and Alaska, the opening times are still from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. At this link, scroll down the page to find the vendor list and map for that week.

‘TYPEWRITER POET’ SEAN PETRIE: He’s at the farmer’s market, typing poetry, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and then around Paper boat bookseller (6040 California SW) at 2 p.m.

TODAY WATER SCHEDULE: Open today – Highland park spraypark (11 am-8pm, 1100 SW Cloverdale); Delridge (Noon-5:30 p.m., 4501 Delridge Way SW) and Lincoln Park (Noon-7pm, 8011 Fauntleroy Way SW) Paddling pool.

WHITE CENTER AFTER THE FIRE ASSEMBLY: Noon at Greenbridge Plaza (9800 8th SW), a community meeting to mourn the losses suffered in last Monday’s arson. Details on our partner page White center now.

EBB: At 12:32 p.m. the tide is at -2.1 feet, that is Seattle Aquarium Volunteer beach naturalists will be outside constellation (63./Beach) and Lincoln (8011 Fauntleroy Way SW) Parks, 11 am-1:30pm.

TOURNAMENT OF THE LITTLE LEAGUE: 1 p.m. at Bar-S playing fields (64./Admiral), the West Seattle Little League 9/10/11 All-Stars play a district tournament game.
