The monthly publication of the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller House Price Index compares national home price growth with price increases in 20 major cities. For more than a year, Seattle has ranked in the top 3 cities with the fastest rising prices.
The index is two months behind and includes portions of Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties in its measurement of the Seattle area.
