Cook and owner Preeti Agarwal transformed her French restaurant into Meesha, which serves contemporary Indian dishes. # k5evening
SEATTLE – If you’re looking for your new favorite food item, you might find it in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.
After experimenting with some pop-up tasting menus that went down very well, cook and owner Preeti Agarwal turned her French restaurant into Meesha, an Indian restaurant with family recipes and a variety of other menu items. She says the cuisine of her northern Indian homeland, Uttar Pradesh, will help you find your happy place.
There is actually food from different regions of India here. Meesha opened last November during the pandemic but has done well thanks to takeaway orders. They want to bring contemporary Indian cuisine to the Seattle dining scene by using local and fresh seasonal ingredients.
Meesha | 127 N. 36th St | Open Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm
