The Seattle couple, spotted in a violent confrontation with a group from a homeless camp in the city, are unlikely to be charged after fatally running over a man who joined in the attack on his car, a report said .

Jason Rantz, a presenter on KTTH 770 / 94.5FM, posted a graphic video of the attack on Twitter. The couple appear to be embroiled in a verbal argument that escalates and reveals that the driver of the car has been hit with a wooden stick at least once. As the couple enters the car, several members of the group begin whaling with long pieces of wood and a machete on the windows of the car.

The car could be seen spinning in circles around the group and then spinning away – but not before it hit one of the people around the car and killed them.

KIRO7 reported that two men from the camp were arrested for attacking the car with a two week old baby in it. According to the report, the couple went to the South Lake Union warehouse to find stolen items after a recent break-in. Prosecutors told the broadcaster that they were not expecting any charges against the couple. According to the report, the incident occurred on July 27th. (GRAPHIC VIDEO)
