The 36 year old mall seems to be on the way to new owners and possible changes in use.

Back in 2013, Starwood Capital Group and an affiliate paid Macerich and a pension fund approximately $ 127 million for the Kitsap Mall at 10315 Silverdale Way NW and a few neighboring retail stores. Part of that deal was a loan from the Royal Bank of Scotland (or RBS) of nearly $ 77 million. The anchor tenant Sears closed in 2019, and other large retailers were struggling before the pandemic.
