Natalies on Alki is a juice bar, dessert bar, and Vietnamese street food restaurant that will celebrate its grand opening on June 20th. Tea, smoothies and other goodies are on the menu. Alki’s location joins two other Seattle locations.

The grand opening on June 20 will be celebrated by the combination of juice bar, dessert bar and the Vietnamese street food restaurant Natalies on Alki. They serve tea, smoothies, lemonade, and more.

We use real fruit and freshly made sugar cane juice in a variety of mixed drinks. While it may not be suitable for people sensitive to sugar like diabetics, sugar cane juice is actually a healthy choice. Contains healthy doses of key elements that support a strong immune system. It consists of 63-73% water, 2-3% sugar-free, 12-16% soluble sugar and 11-16% fiber.

Real sugar cane is imported fresh, cold-pressed in the field and then mixed with selected flavors and ingredients.
