More than a year after that Chaco Canyon organic cafe closed at 3770 SW Alaska in The Triangle, there is news of a new tenant for the area. Upon reviewing the city permit, we found a renovation application on behalf of West of Chicago Pizza Companywho have favourited the pizzeria that came from the KBM Seattle Commissary Kitchen in Delridge. The specialty: Chicago style deep dish pizza. Owner west of Chicago Shawn Millard tells WSB that it is not yet ready to reveal details of the plan for the Triangle room, but looks forward to starting work on the overhaul, hoping to open in February.
