Thanks for the tips / pictures! What was that? Highstrike Grill at West Seattle Bowl since 2010 has been given a new identity – a “Tiki bar” called Three 9 lounge (it’s on the corner of 39th and Oregon). Last summer a reader noticed that the room was closed for remodeling and management informed us that they are planning a “new concept” but are not ready to go public with it yet. Now the sign is up and the opening is planned for October 28th.

Prior to its decade as a Highstrike Grill, the space held the West Chinese restaurant with a terrace.
