DEVELOPMENT: JessicaAlki Beach’s monthly cleanup on the first Saturday always welcomes volunteers. 10: 00-13: 00, meeting point 2452 Alki SW, bring your own “pick-stick” and bucket if you have any (it has a limited number) – children welcome when accompanied and supervised by adults. ‘STOP THE VIOLENCE’: Three non-profit organizations – Progress driver, youth and family services Southwest, and the YMCA – present this Saturday from 1pm to 4pm at Alki Beach Park opposite 62./Alki.
