Three nights until the next West Seattle Art Walkwhich takes place every second Thursday of the month all year round. Art Walk organizers say more venues are hosting personal artist receptions this time around, so you’ll have more places to explore. This includes Zelda Zonk in admiral and Flying apron at The Junction, both of which were in the spotlight during the “during business hours” pandemic but are now once again welcoming visitors during Art Walk times. Also Art Walk coordinator Reeve Washburn says: “First we have an Art Walk: Warren Pope, local 3-D artist, is doing an open house in the Fauntleroy district. In addition to visiting art exhibitions, you can also visit restaurants and bars that support the Art Walk with food and drink – they are also listed in Thursday’s official preview! The Art Walk officially starts on Thursday at 5 p.m., but as you will see in the preview, some events start earlier, others later. The art is also diverse – from painting to photography to quilting.
