SEATTLE – Starbucks will be offering Christmas drinks in its stores starting Thursday, but a festive favorite won’t be on the menu.
The Eggnog Latte, Starbucks’ first Christmas drink, launched in 1986, won’t be returning to the Christmas menu this year.
“As a standard business, we are constantly evaluating the items on our menu and using various criteria to ensure that we are meeting our customers’ needs and our business priorities,” said a Starbucks spokesman when asked for a comment.
“Our partners will be happy to recommend an alternative holiday drink such as the new Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte or the classic Peppermint Mocha.”
