LMN Architects, based in Seattle, Washington, has added three new partners: Julie Adams, Osama Quotah and Pamela Trevithick.

With this expansion, LMN aims to improve its capacity to carry out complex planning and design tasks in both the public and private market sectors – from small projects to large institutional facilities and neighborhoods.

“Julie, Osama and Pamela are the type of general practitioners who have been at the core of the company’s success over their 41-year history. Everyone has demonstrated exceptional skills in design, technical solution, project management, customer relations and strategic business development, ”the company said in a press release.

“We are excited to welcome Julie, Osama and Pamela to the partnership,” said Sam Miller, FAIA, LMN partner. “Together they bring versatility, in-depth expertise and diverse experience that will improve LMN’s ability to advance our practice and contribute to the growth of our profession.”

Adams was a leader in the performing arts and education market, leading some of the company’s best-known projects both locally and nationally through the skillful engagement of a diverse range of clients. Her pragmatic professionalism is paired with a deeply sensitive management style, according to the law firm.

Quotah leads with a passion for the company’s work, and his influence extends well beyond the walls of the LMN studio, the press release said. He has shown deep engagement in the local community and advocated design as a force for positive change. Quotah’s ability to work together and communicate LMN’s vision has been critical to the success of major cultural and civic projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Trevithick is committed to maintaining professional relationships that are essential to the continued success of their projects, clients and colleagues. She has led a large number of teams across a range of project typologies, mastered challenges with a steady hand and continuously built trust with customers and project participants.

“All three people have built strong personal connections across the practice, from aspiring professionals to senior business leaders. As a partner, they will work to strengthen intergenerational collaboration and mentoring in order to improve growth opportunities in all aspects of practice, ”the press release said.
