On June 3, RBR + TVBR first announced the news that Sinclair Broadcast Group had decided to sell its lonely radio stations – a pair of AM spoken word stations, a traditional Hot Adult Contemporary FM, and an FM that broadcast one of those great AM properties simultaneously.
The transaction closed on September 28th and ownership was transferred to a family-run broadcaster with Spanish and English speaking broadcasters primarily in the western United States
