3:26 pm: The first of four trick-or-treating events in the local business district is now happening! To err The Admiral Quarter until 6 p.m. to show costumes and get goodies. Above is the scene inside Alki Bike & Board; downstairs, candy and cider at Arthur’s. . More photos will follow.
3:52 p.m.: Walk around to check attendance – California block north of Admiral, both sides; south of Admiral, to Safeway on the east side and to Fit4Mom on the west side. Also some on the south side of Admiral east of California.
