Wunderground has opened its first cafe in Seattle with a full drink & eats menu

A unique mushroom-focused coffee brand popped up in Seattle earlier this year. And now Wunderground is mooring up on Capitol Hill with its first café. They serve all of your favorite caffeinated beverages with the added benefit of the adaptogenic power of mushrooms.

If you haven’t heard of Wunderground, they are women and LGBTQ +. It’s about providing consumers with a drink that gives them a creative kick while also giving them the health benefits of each mushroom. And to make them even cooler, they make sure that 75% of the premium price goes to the small coffee farmers they work with.

Now back to the café. The cafe’s focus is on mushroom-based coffee drinks like chaga, lion’s mane, reishi, and cordyceps, but you can also snag some great foods. Some of these items include cereal bowls, bone broth, pastries, and sandwiches on freshly baked bread. That means you are getting the best of both worlds, delicious flavors and healthy food.
