Long before the pandemic, the gradual construction of RailSpur – the historic renovation / addition project that includes three old buildings in the same block of Pioneer Square – began in spring 2019. The Pioneer Square Preservation Board has already approved the project and will be updated on Wednesday in the Westland Building at 100 S. King St. Call this Phase III of the project.
